teamWorx was founded in 1998 by Nico Hofmann, producer and Managing Chairman, Ariane Krampe, producer and Deputy Managing Director, and Wolf Bauer, President UFA. Further producers are Sascha Schwingel, Joachim Kosack and Barbara Thielen. All strategic and artistic decisions are made by Nico Hofmann. Dr. Jürgen Schuster, a further Managing Director/producer, directs production management and Business Affairs.
teamWorx short company history has seen the realization of more than 80 productions and, in this time, has increased its production volume by more than tenfold. In this respect, teamWorx has established itself a place among the top five German television producers with a portfolio based on high-quality TV movies or TV event-oriented fictional programmes on the one side and with the recent addition of series TV movies and series on the other.
