Luxembourg, 26 November 2002 – Further to the announcement of 9 September 2002, RTL Group has today dispatched a circular to shareholders detailing the proposal to cancel the admission of RTL Group’s shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

It is expected that the delisting in London will become effective on 31 December 2002.
