Luxembourg, 23 November 2000, RTL Group is pleased to note that the Dutch Council of State (Raad van State), by decision of November 21, 2000, has granted injunctive relief and suspension further to a request filed jointly by its companies, CLT-UFA, the broadcasting organisation responsible for the RTL 4 and RTL 5 programmes and HMG.

In accordance with that decision, the rulings of the Commissariaat voor de Media on jurisdiction over RTL 4 and RTL 5, which currently are subject to appeal, will not receive execution prior to the obtaining of a final decision by the Raad van State on the merits of the case.
