Anke Schäferkordt

Anke Schäferkordt, born in 1962, holds a degree in business administration. She started her career at Bertelsmann in 1988. In 1991, she moved to RTL Plus (now RTL Television) in Cologne, and took over the Controlling department the following year. From 1993 to 1995 she was a Director in charge of the Corporate Planning and Controlling division at RTL Television.

In 1995, she joined the TV broadcaster Vox, serving as CFO and, from 1997 onwards, also as Programme Director. Then, from 1999 until 2005, she was CEO of Vox. In February 2005, Anke Schäferkordt was appointed Chief Operating Officer and Deputy CEO of RTL Television, and since September 2005, its CEO. In November 2007, the German RTL family of channels adopted the corporate brand name Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland. In her capacity as CEO of RTL Television, Anke Schäferkordt is also CEO of Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland.

Since April 2012, Anke Schäferkordt has been Co-CEO of RTL Group. In this capacity, she retains her role as CEO of Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland. She also sits on the Executive Board of Bertelsmann Management SE, RTL Group’s majority shareholder.

Anke Schäferkordt was appointed Member of the Supervisory Board of Groupe M6 as of 28 April 2015.

Guillaume de Posch

Co-Chief Executive Officer RTL Group

Guillaume de Posch, born in 1958, started his career at the international energy and services company Tractebel (1985 to 1990) and then joined the global management consulting firm McKinsey & Company (1990 to 1993).

Guillaume de Posch began his career in the media industry at the Luxembourg-based Compagnie Luxembourgeoise de Télédiffusion (CLT), as assistant to the Managing Director (1993 to 1994) and then became Head of CLT’s TV operations in French-speaking countries (1995 to 1997). From 1997 to 2003, he was Deputy General Manager and Programming Director of the French pay-TV company TPS, before joining the publicly listed ProSiebenSat1 Media AG in August 2003, first as Chief Operating Officer and then as Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO (2004 to 2008).

Guillaume de Posch was appointed Chief Operating Officer and new member of the RTL Group Executive Committee on 1 January 2012.

With effect from 18 April 2012, Guillaume de Posch assumed the role of Co-CEO of RTL Group. In this capacity, he is responsible for the Group’s broadcasting operations outside Germany, and the Group’s content production business, FremantleMedia.

Since 28 April 2015, Guillaume de Posch has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Groupe M6.

Elmar Heggen

Chief Financial Officer, RTL Group

Elmar Heggen, born in 1968, holds a diploma in business administration from the European Business School and graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance.

In 1992, he started his career at the Felix Schoeller Group, becoming Vice President & General Manager of Felix Schoeller Digital Imaging in the UK in 1999. Elmar Heggen first joined the RTL Group Corporate Centre in 2000 as Vice President Merger & Acquisitions. In January 2003, he was promoted to Senior Vice President Controlling & Investments. From July 2003 until December 2005 he was Executive Vice President Strategy & Controlling.

Since January 2006, Elmar Heggen has served on the RTL Group Executive Management team, and since 1 October 2006 he has been CFO and Head of the Corporate Centre of RTL Group.

Jean-Marie Bourhis

Deputy CFO
Executive Vice President Finance


Jean-Marie Bourhis, born in 1956, is Deputy Chief Financial Officer of RTL Group since December 2006. He has been promoted to this position in addition to his role as Executive Vice President Finance which he holds since January 2004. He is responsible for Group Accounting, Consolidation and Group Transactions and Reporting Systems. Through a combination of Finance and systems, his teams integrate functional skills, software expertise, services providing and project management.

Francesco Costadura

EVP Human Resources, RTL Group

Francesco Costadura, born 1965, was appointed RTL Group’s Head of Human Resources (HR) and Executive Vice President HR, on 1 August 2016. In this capacity, he reports to RTL Group’s Co-CEOs, Anke Schäferkordt and Guillaume de Posch, and to Group CFO Elmar Heggen.

Francesco Costadura joined RTL Group as Vice President Corporate Strategy and Business Development in 2002, and was appointed Managing Director, Rights Trading, of CLT-UFA in 2004. Three years later, he joined RTL Group’s HR department as Senior Vice President HR. In this capacity, he has been managing all HR-related aspects of RTL Group’s Corporate Centre and the Group’s Luxembourg-based entities. He has been affiliated with the Bertelsmann Group since 1992 and held various executive positions – including the general management of companies as Managing Director – at Arvato, CLT-UFA and AOL Europe. Francesco Costadura holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Karlsruhe (Germany) and an MBA from Harvard Business School (United States).

Vincent de Dorlodot

General Counsel, RTL Group

Vincent de Dorlodot, born in 1965, was appointed general counsel of RTL Group in April 2000.  He started his career in 1990 as an attorney working for the lawfirm De Bandt, Van Hecke et Lagae (now Linklaters De Bandt).  In 1995, he joined Groupe Bruxelles Lambert as corporate counsel, a position he held until joining RTL Group in 2000.  He studied law at the University of Louvain (Belgium) and the University of Leiden (Netherlands).  He gained a Master degree in Law at Duke University (USA) in 1994.

Oliver Fahlbusch

Executive Vice President Corporate Communications & Marketing and Chairman Corporate Responsibility, RTL Group

Oliver Fahlbusch, born in 1973, was appointed Executive Vice President Corporate Communications & Marketing in January 2016. In this position, he is in charge of the Group’s internal and external communications activities as well as corporate responsibility, reporting to Anke Schäferkordt and Guillaume de Posch, Co-CEOs of RTL Group.


After completing his studies in Media and Communication Sciences at Freie Universität Berlin, Oliver Fahlbusch held successive positions in Bertelsmann AG’s Corporate Communications department from April 2000 to July 2006. He became a member of the Bertelsmann spokesperson group in March 2001 and was promoted to Vice President Media Relations in January 2004. He joined RTL Group in August 2006 as Deputy Head of Corporate Communications. He was appointed as the Head of RTL Group’s Corporate Communications & Marketing department in July 2012.

Ursula Schmidt

Executive Vice President Audit & Compliance, RTL Group

Ursula Schmidt was promoted to Executive Vice President Audit and Compliance in January 2016. From August 2013 to December 2015 she was Senior Vice President Audit and Compliance. Prior to this, she has been Head of RTL Group Internal Audit since June 2004. She joined the Group in 2000 where she held several functions in Strategy and Controlling. Before joining the Group she worked for the European Commission (Eurostat) in Luxembourg. From 1994 until 1998 she worked as Project Manager in the area of Business Statistics at various service providers. From 1998 until 1999 she was responsible for Foreign Direct Investment Statistics at Eurostat. In 1994, Ursula Schmidt achieved her final degree (Dr. rer. pol.) at the university of Nürnberg further to her studies of economics with a focus in statistics.
