•Development of new markets/new clients;
•Actively partake in answers to tender calls;
•Attend client meetings and trade fair/events;
•Identify target group to market the related products and services and liaise with the marketing department to define a communication plan strategy.
•Based on existing products and services, define coherent strategies to improve their market capacities (presentation, packaging, pricing, documentation, options, …);
•Define and develop new products and services roadmaps by prioritizing feature sets and innovation and by aligning with the overall strategy;
•Define features, requirements, scope, and functionality of products and services;
•Assess market competitiveness by comparing to other available products (features, pricing);
•Develop market intelligence capacities;
•Discuss with internal stakeholders on development and ad hoc requests for new products or services by maintaining alignment with company strategic plans & timelines;
•Lead and challenge the maintenance & support team in order to define and to improve the support through clear support proposals;
•Over 10 years of experience and 5 years of experience in a similar position;
•Education: Master of Business Administration required;
•Fluency in English, French and German – any other European language is considered as an asset;
•Experience in Technology and/or Media companies;
•Strong skills in Product & Project Management, Business Development, Business Strategy, Pre-Sales and Market Analysis;
•Customer & Service oriented.
