Based in London, the Vice President of Digital Marketing is a newly-created role, leading a dedicated team of digital marketing campaign managers and strategists. The team is responsible for devising and owning domestic and global digital and social marketing strategies for Fremantle’s exceptional line-up of scripted,entertainment and factual series and brands.

The focus of the team is to trail blaze world-class promotional content, campaign strategies, and paid media support, to enable Fremantle’s key shows to reach as many people as possible across digital and social platforms.

We are recruiting for a highly-skilled and creative Digital Marketing specialist with a passion for television and an obsession for digital, to join Fremantle’s global family. You will be responsible for creating and implementing best-in-class online promotional content strategies which engage and innovate, primarily across social platforms, and you will have a proven track-record of delivering highly successful digital and social media campaigns for television/ film, especially using owned and earned media.

Using a mix of direct and indirect campaigns, you will work with producers, distribution and sales teams, commissioners and our global digital team to plan and produce digital and social media campaigns, run them either on behalf of or alongside local broadcasters, and deliver ready-to-use ideas, assets and expertise to allow our global clients to run their own local campaigns.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, global culture and be passionate about building impactful strategies for new-to-launch brands as well as long-running shows, making detailed planning decisions based on testing, learning, data-driven analysis and industry best practice. You will be an inspiring and trusted voice for devising and presenting comprehensive, tailored plans to internal and external parties, and will be skilled in running ambitious campaigns, managing budgets, researching, pitching, and creating opportunities which can be maximised across the group.

Digital Marketing is a major part of Fremantle’s Global Marketing department, which brings together into one central hub the expertise of Global Formats Marketing,International TV Marketing and Creative. You will be a key member of the Global Marketing team, working closely with colleagues across the department to deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns and to commission Creative to develop, design and produce outstanding creative assets and materials for local and global campaigns.


Requirements:

  • A highly creative digital campaign professional, with significant experience in digital marketing within a global media or entertainment company.

  • Skilled, inspiring team leader who will ensure collaborative working relationships with key business areas.

  • Strategic planner and results orientated professional who has a proven track record of driving audience numbers and building brand profiles through social media and digital marketing.

  • Enhance insights and creativity through analytics.

  • Own and manage relationships with platforms, producers, talent, commissioners and partners.

  • Further establish Fremantle’s Digital Marketing function as a partner of choice for leading platform operators and programme makers.
