AGM Statement The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of RTL Group on 18 April 2012 has approved the statutory and consolidated accounts as at 31 December 2011 and decided to pay a dividend of €5.10 per share.
 
The dividend for the full year ended 31 December 2011 will be payable from 26 April 2012 on presentation of coupon N° 18 at the following banks.
