Bob der Baumeister, Bob the builder, Yo du schaffst das, Campaign, Teaser New marketing campaign Bob der Baumeister (Bob the Builder), a character from Super RTL’s preschooler line-up beloved among children and parents alike, shows his little fans how they can help with home improvement or build their own little towers.
Under the heading ‘Yo, du schaffst das!’ (‘Yes we can!’), the hardworking handyman encourages independence and social skills, and boosts young builders’ self-confidence in a fun way. The building instructions, tips and games to do so may be found in a 12-page brochure that will be sent out to kindergartens across Germany in March / April.

‘Yes we can!’ will be taking place across all of the family channel’s platforms. Trailers will be aired on TV, and a special campaign site will go live at In print, Bob der Baumeister magazine will devote a page of editorial content to the campaign, and the brochure will be enclosed with the magazine as well (total print run 85,000 copies). In addition, retail tie-ins are planned. In all, the gross media volume exceeds €300,000.

Attractive prizes await Bob’s hardworking friends. Tui best Family is contributing two one-week family trips to Gran Canaria’s Hotel Tui best Family Parque Cristobal; also, fan packages put together by the licensing partners Geda Labels, Panini, Europa Mini and Kaufmann Neuheiten will be given away to another 30 lucky winners. Entering to win is easy: to be entered in the drawing for a week of sun and fun at the beach, parents can simply upload a picture of their child’s construction to, or mail it to Super RTL.
