An average 6.96 million viewers aged 3 and over watched the movie, for a total audience share of 22.8 per cent. Its audience share in the 14- to 49-year-old target demographic was 35.1 per cent. With a daily audience share of 19.5 per cent in this target group, RTL Television came in well ahead of its rivals ProSieben (11,3 per cent) and Sat1 (9.1 per cent). At 13.8 per cent of the total audience, RTL Television was the country’s number one channel that day ahead of ARD (11.4 per cent) and ZDF (10.6 per cent).
