Management appointments at REN TV in Russia
Moscow, 7 October 2005, The shareholders of OOO Media-Holding REN TV (OAO Surgutneftegaz, RTL Group and Severstal-Group) today entered into a voluntary agreement with Irena and Dmitry Lesnevsky, executives of OOO Media-Holding REN TV, ZAO REN TV Company and OOO Accept. Under the agreement, Irena and Dmitry Lesnevsky will step down from their current positions and leave by 15 October 2005. The shareholders of OOO Media-Holding REN TV appointed by unanimity Alexander Ordzhonikidze as CEO of OOO Media-Holding REN TV and ZAO REN TV Company. Ralph Siebenaler, from RTL Group, was appointed as deputy to Alexander Ordzhonikidze and CEO of the REN TV channel (OOO Accept).
The appointments will be effective by 15 October 2005.

Reference: Alexander Ordzhonikidze was born on October 7, 1968 in Moscow. He graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, and from the International Business and Economy School, run by MGIMO staff. Since 1991 he has worked in a number of foreign companies including Sakhalin Energy Investment Company Ltd where, he was in charge of public relations. In 2000, he worked as the First Deputy of the General Director of OAO Norilskgazprom and the General Director of OAO Taimyrgaz. In November 2002, he took charge of OAO Norilskgazprom. In June 2003, he was appointed the General Director of OAO NTV-Plus and in September 2005, he became Principal Deputy General Director of Media-Holding REN TV.
Mr. Ordzhonikidze holds the national prize for public relations Serebryanny Luchnik (Silver Archer) (2000).
Reference: Ralph Siebenaler holds a Master of Science in Management from Ecole de Commerce Solvay (Solvay Business School) in Brussels and the National University of Singapore. He joined the strategy and business development division of RTL Group in 2001 where he was responsible for overseeing RTL Group’s television operations in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Hungary, and Croatia. He also played a key role in defining and implementing RTL Group’s expansion into Central and Eastern Europe including the launch of RTL Televizija, RTL Group’s Croatian TV channel, in April 2004.
