RTL Group’s CR activities focus primarily on the following issues: content responsibility, creative/editorial independence and freedom of expression, intellectual property and copyright, fair working conditions, diversity and inclusion, health and wellbeing, learning (including digital media literacy) and climate change. These issues were identified in a materiality analysis conducted in 2020 in close consultation with Bertelsmann.
In the years ahead, we will regularly reassess whether we need to add any new issues to reflect changing business priorities, market conditions or global trends.
